View of Vannes City Hall, an imposing neoclassical building with a central clock and an equestrian statue in front of the building. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 3, 1919 addressed to 'Chérie Maman', describing the city as 'very beautiful' and 'more beautiful than that of Brest'.
