Panoramic view of the ruins of the Civil Forum in Pompeii, with Roman columns in the foreground and Mount Vesuvius in the background. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated September 15, 1925, sent from Pompeii to Marseille, with three Italian stamps and a Naples cancellation.
