Description

Black and white view of the suspended bridge in Vernaison over the river, with an inscription indicating its length of 232 metres between the two piers. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monsieur Paul Picard' in Manchester, with a postage stamp and a postmark from Voulte dated 14 August 1916.
