View of the Bassin de Latone in the gardens of Versailles, with a central statue and sculptures around a circular basin, bordered by flower beds and tall trees. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated 1924 addressed to Madame and Monsieur Herby in Paris, mentioning that the climate of Versailles is more pleasant than that of the 'house'.
