View of the Neptune Basin in the Versailles Park, with its water jets, statues, and a central obelisk, in front of a building and trees. On the reverse, a green 5c French Republic stamp, postmark from Seine-et-Oise dated 24 July 1928, and a handwritten address to Madame Marie Corblet in Le Mans. The publisher is Héliotypie Bourdier et Faucheux, Versailles.
