Interior view of the Galeries des Glaces in Versailles, decorated with mirrors and sculpted decorations, with bilingual inscription indicating that it was the site of the peace signing in 1919. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to parents in Pont-de-Rouge, a 10-centime postage stamp, and a postmark from Versailles dated 23 August 1919.
