View of the Latone Basin and the Green Carpet in the gardens of Versailles, with a central fountain adorned with statues and mascarons. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated June 1932, addressed to a colonel in Saint-Croix, with a 20 centimes French postage stamp and a Versailles postmark.
