Description

Colored view of a fortified castle with several conical towers and a stone bridge crossing the Charente, surrounded by greenery. On the reverse, handwritten text addresses the card to 'Monsieur A. Frieses, Service AF, 100 Avenue de Suffren, 15e, Paris', with a postmark from 'COUFFÉ' dated 30-8-1915. The publisher 'Gilbert' is mentioned at the bottom of the reverse.
