View of the Romanesque facade of the Notre-Dame de la Madeleine church in Vézelay, with a handwritten inscription dated February 28, 1909 mentioning a procession. The reverse has an address to Nice, a 10-centime postage stamp, and a dispatch cancellation from Vézelay dated February 28, 1909.
