View of La Porte-Neuve in Vézelay, an ancient stone fortified gate with round towers and a paved road. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Blanche Tambour in Paris, two green 5-centime stamps, and a cancellation from Vézelay dated September 3, 1915.
