Description

Black and white view of the Town Hall in Vichy, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with a multi-gabled roof and a central tower adorned with a clock. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 24/11/1953 addressed to Madame and Monsieur Rière in Paris, accompanied by a 12-centime postage stamp depicting the Queen of Villages and a postmark 'VICHY (Allier) 1953'.
