View of the east facade of Saint-Louis Church in Vichy, with its bell tower with a spire and its broken-arch windows. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Henri Vallier at the Louvois Hotel in Châtel-Guyon, with two 5-centime postage stamps and a Vichy postmark of 14-9-1912.
