Description

View of the Galerie Promenoir in Vichy, an ornate wrought-iron covered passage with pedestrians and a fiacre in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Jocques Alexis in Dijon, a 5-centime green stamp, and a postmark from Cote d'Or dated 28 July 1903.
