View of the Military Hospital in Vichy, a multi-storey building with slate roofs and dormer windows, surrounded by a garden and people in period costume. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Fieschi in Isserville (Algeria), with a 10-centime postmark and a Vichy dispatch stamp dated 12 May 1909.
