Colorized postcard depicting the Town Hall of Vicby, a pink-facaded building adorned with architectural details and a central spire. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 14, 1934, addressed to M. Gazeau in Parthenay, mentioning the 'Hôtel de la Tour' and a 40-centime French Republic stamp with cancellation.
