View of the Clock Tower in Vichy, with a street lined with old buildings and a few passersby. On the reverse, the card has handwritten correspondence dated 1906, addressed to Paul Bulot in Sanary-sur-Mer, with a French postmark from 1906 and a Vichy cancellation.
