View of the Clock Tower in Vichy, with a visible clock at the top and a flag flying. Two people are visible on the paved street, with a wall lantern and a potted small tree. The reverse side features a letter dated September 30, 1910, sent to M. Garnier in Marseille, with a green 5-centime stamp and a Vichy postmark.
