View of the Clock Tower in Vichy, with a paved street lined with old buildings, a hanging lantern and three people in period costume. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated June 19, 1907 addressed to M. E. Brandin in Banyuls-sur-Mer, with a 5-centime postmark and a Bandol postmark.
