Postcard showing the Clock Tower in Vichy, a cylindrical stone tower with a clock, surrounded by old buildings and a staircase. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 7, 1938, addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Chaulliac in Lyon, with a 70-centime French postage stamp canceled in Vichy.
