Description

View of the Casino in Vichy, an ornate building with elegant arches and clocks, in front of which a row of children is playing. On the reverse, a green 50-centime stamp, a Vichy dispatch postmark of May 14, 1930, and a handwritten address to Madame and Monsieur Henri Voel in Nîmes.
