Description

View of the Vichy Casino, a building adorned with a pediment and a balustrade balcony, with an inscription at the bottom. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated October 10, 1908, sent to Madame Chubier in Allier, with a red 10-centime stamp and two cancellations: 'MOULINS-ALLIER 11 OCT 1908' and 'ST-PIERRE-D'ALBIGNY 2 DEC 1908'.
