View of the new arch bridge over the Allier in Vichy, with pedestrians and a rowing boat at the bottom. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated March 1, 1933, sent to Madame Glin, 31 rue St Eloi, Vichy, with a 50 centimes stamp and a Vichy cancellation.
