View of the Grande Grille spring in Vichy, under an ornate kiosk, with a central fountain and pedestrians. In the background, shop windows such as 'Saget Pharmacist' and 'Bouhet'. The reverse side features a dated letter from 26 July 1912, addressed to Mr. L. Loustau in Aspet (Garonne), with a Vichy postmark and a 5-centime postage stamp.
