View of the Hospital Source in Vichy, under an ornate wrought-iron kiosk with a sign indicating the site's name. Several people are present, including a man in a military uniform. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 13, 1915, addressed to friends, mentioning memories of Vichy and travel plans to Fontainebleau. A postmark is affixed at the bottom left.
