Description

View of the Temple of Augustus in Vienna, an ancient 11th-century building that served as a court of justice and later as a library. Printed text on the front explains its history and mentions its restoration in 1854. Reverse: address to Madame Thomas in Paris, 20-centime postmark, Vienna stamp of 29 May 1929, and handwritten inscription 'Merci pour votre jolie excursion'.
