Black and white view of the Villandry castle with its boxwood terraces cut in geometric embroidery. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1956, addressed to Mrs. Devicin in Leine, mentioning the holidays spent in Villandry. French postage stamp of 12 centimes canceled in Brest (28-18-56).
