View of Fort Saint-André in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, with its round towers and stone entrance. Printed text indicates its construction in 1907 by the children of Philippe de Valois. Reverse: handwritten correspondence to Marie Blanche Bernard in Marseille, red 10-centime postage stamp and two circular cancellations from Vaucouleurs (Ain) dated 15-16 April 1907.
