View of the Donjon of Vincennes, a stone fortress tower with a railing in the foreground and a person standing. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 31, 1947, sent from Vincennes to Yvonne, mentioning stays at Fort-Mabon, Mers, Ouvrival, Dault, and Val, as well as compliments to Miss Mayer. The publisher is E. M. and the postmark is visible.
