Description

Black and white view of the Cascade du Pont-ès-Retours in Vire, with a turbulent current of water over rocks. The reverse features a handwritten address to Madame Genicier in Paris, a circular cancellation of Vire from 16 August 1881, and a 5 centimes green postage stamp.
