Black and white panoramic view of the village of Les Vaux in the valley of Cantie, with scattered houses on a green slope and a winding path. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Cha. Marie in La Vassie, with a postmark from Coutances dated 6 July 1930. Two 5-franc stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the top right.
