View of the Clock Gate in Vire, with its imposing stone bell tower and large clock, framed by old buildings and passersby. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame d'Arichalle, 2 rue de la Convention, Paris, with a blue postage stamp and a circular postmark from Vire dated April 24, 1904.
