View of the Ruoms pass in the Vivarais, with an enclosed road under a rocky cliff and a stream below. Printed text at the bottom: 'VIVARAIS. — DÉFILÉ DE RUOMS'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 19 July 1924, addressed to Marguerite Fournier in Rennes, with stamp and postmark from Bordeaux.
