Black and white panoramic view of the village of Vizille and La Rampe de Lattirey, with scattered houses and a mountainous landscape in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated April 13, 1918, sent from Grenoble, addressed to 'Chéri', mentioning no news for two days and a request for a letter from the mother. Grenoble postmark and cancellation visible.
