Description

Postcard illustrating the ruins of Ulrichsburg Castle, located near Rappoltsweiler, with a mountainous landscape and autumn-colored trees. On the reverse, the publisher 'Künstlerkarte Nr. 3997 Serie 162' is listed, along with a handwritten address to 'Mr. and Mrs. Pedit, 40 Rue D'Albace, 40, Scallois Terret'. Two stamps are affixed: a green 2½-cent and a red 7½-cent stamp, with a circular cancellation reading 'RAPPOLTSWEILER 20.9.1916-7M'.
