Description

Portrait of a young girl in traditional German costume, wearing a large black hat adorned with a ribbon and a golden band, and a dress with embroidery and lace collar. The back shows a postcard sent on September 24, 1913, from Belfeld to Paris-Montiers (Vienna), with handwritten text and a 5 pfennig Reich postage stamp. The publisher is indicated at the bottom left: 'Kunstverlag F. W. Kuhlmann, Bückeburg'.
