View of the Hôtel International in Martigny-les-Bains, in the Vosges, with garden and pathways. The reverse side bears a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mrs. Baysandieu in Brouzuits (Vendée), with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Neuvy-le-Beau dated July 19, 1908.
