Aerial view of Place de la Concorde in Paris, showing the colonnades, the Fontaine de la Concorde, and the basilica of Sacré-Cœur in the background, with 1950s automobile traffic. On the reverse, a postcard dated 1956, stamped with 12 francs, addressed to Madame M. Dulas at the Hôtel des Étrangers in Ajaccio, with handwritten text describing the view as 'the most beautiful in Paris'.
