Description

French monument at Waterloo depicting a broken-winged eagle holding a sword, sculpted by Gérôme. Unveiled on June 28, 1904 near Haie-Sainte by the Society "La Sabretache". The reverse indicates the publisher Thill, Brussels, and the dedication: "To the last soldiers of the great army".
