View of Wellington Street in Perth (W.A.) in 1914, showing commercial buildings such as 'Stewart & Freeman Chemists' and 'W. Aston Optician', with a carriage and pedestrians. On the reverse, a handwritten letter in French dated 23 July 1914, sent from Perth to Donnery (Loiret, France), with two Australian stamps and a postmark of 'DOUGLAS 26-8-14'.
