Description

Tourist postcard showing the border between Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, with portraits of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands, King Leopold II of Belgium and Emperor Wilhelm II of Germany. The reverse features a handwritten address to Mr. Louis Tissellinck in Chambery, France, with two 20-centime stamps and a cancellation from Ghenoble dated 31 May 1913, as well as an insurance mark.
