Description

View of the market in Ypres (Le Nieuwerk) with a large Gothic arcade building and buildings with ornate façades, one of which bears the inscription 'IN DEN ANKER'. On the reverse, a handwritten French correspondence addressed to 'Madame Rose', with cursive handwriting and an illegible date. The reverse also bears the inscription 'Postcard' and 'Correspondence'.
