Interior view of the nave of the Abbey of Fontenay, a 12th-century Cistercian church, 66 meters long, built between 1130 and 1147. The reverse indicates that it is one of the oldest Cistercian churches still standing in France. The publisher is IMP. MACON (S.-et-L.) and the photograph is signed 'CIM'.
