Panoramic view of the Abbey of Haute-Combe on the edge of a lake, with its buildings and towers reflected in the water, against a backdrop of wooded hills. Reverse: printed text describing the abbey founded in 1125 and restored in 1825–1843, 0.30F postage stamp, postmark from Lumiac (Aix-les-Bains) dated 23 July 1973, and handwritten address to Mr. G. Leclerc in Soisy-sous-Montmorency.
