Description

Postcard depicting a rock-cut Egyptian scene from the Small Temple of Abu Simbel, showing the coronation of Queen Nefertari by two deities. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 24.04.1982, addressed to relatives in France, praising the grandeur of the temples and Egyptian sites. An Egyptian stamp from 1981 (M 203) is affixed, with a cancellation of 'CAIRO'.
