View of the entrance to the Hotel de Maurel de Ponteves in Aix-en-Provence, with its sculptures of putti supporting a pediment and a dark wooden door. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Marie-Thérèse de Reu in Guichen, dated July 25, 1971, with a red 'Liberté égalité Fraternité' stamp and a cancellation from Aix-en-Provence.
