View of the Palace of Sikri, built in the 16th century by the Mughal emperor Akbar, with a woman in a yellow sari walking on a paved path. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame D. Durand in Sceaux, France, and a mention of the publisher: 'Produced by the Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity, Govt. of India and printed by M/s. Vakil & Sons (P) Ltd., Bombay-I.'
