Description

Black and white view of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, with its characteristic towers and neo-Renaissance architecture, surrounded by trees and vintage cars. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated March 25, 1953, sent from Amsterdam to Nogent-sur-Seine (France), addressed to Mr. Raymond Mangeot, mentioning a trip to Italy and a stop in Amsterdam. Dutch postal stamp cancelled 'AMSTERDAM 25 III 12 1953'.
