Postcard illustrating a stylized map of the Angoumois with representations of castles and monuments such as the cathedral of Angoulême, the Château de Châteauneuf, and the Château de Cognac. The back has handwritten text: « The Autumn Holidays take us to a province of calm. Happy New Year. » and the destination address in Paris. A 27-centime postmark of the French Republic, canceled in Armant on August 29, 1945.
