Black and white panoramic view of an alpine village nestled at the foot of steep mountains, with a church and scattered houses. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1942 from Araches (Haute-Savoie) to Paul Lily in Paris, with an 8 franc stamp and cancellation 'HAUTS-ALPES 12-12-1942'.
