Black and white view of the Parthenon in Athens, viewed from the east, with its partially collapsed Doric columns and mountainous landscape in the background. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 1952, sent from Greece to Paris, with two Greek stamps (200 drachmas and 10 drachmas) and a postmark from Athens. The letter mentions a trip to Athens and equestrian activities.
